ARTICLE 4 THE RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE PUBLIC ASSOCIATION

4.1. Members of the Public Association have the right to: - To elect and be elected to the governing and auditing authorities of the Public Association; - Participate in all activities held by public associations; - Participate in the development and implementation of the projects and programs of the Public Association; - Get the information and other developments of the Public Association; - Use the help of the Public Association to protect their social rights; - To participate in the discussion of issues related to their rights and responsibilities; - To receive information on all aspects of the Public Association; - Voluntarily withdraw from the members of public associations.

4.2. Members of the Public associations are obliged to: - Comply with the provisions of this Constitution; - Actively promote the objectives of the Public Association; - Timely pay admission and membership fees; - To carry out the decisions of the management of the Public Association; - Care of the property of the Public Association; - Perform other duties stipulated by this Charter and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

ARTICLE 7 CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION TO MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC AND WITHDRAWAL OF PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS

7.1. The Public Association’s members may be individuals - citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens who have reached the age of 18, participating in the activities of the Public Association and paying the membership fees. Persons 14 to 18 years have the right to be members of the Association only with the written consent of parents or guardians.

7.2. Founders automatically become members of the Association; have equal rights and equal responsibilities.

7.3. Membership in the Public Association is voluntary.

7.4. Admission to membership in the Public Association is based on the application of an individual and made by the President of the Public Association. Status of a member of the Public Association is acquired after the issuance of the order by the President of the Public Association for membership and payment of the entry fee.

7.5. Members of the Public Association shall pay dues in the amount established by the President of the Public Association.

7.6. Membership in public associations shall be terminated: - The exit from the members of the Public Association at your own request; - The exclusion of the members of the Public Association.

7.6.1. In the case of voluntary withdrawal from membership of public associations, membership is considered lost after receiving authority to make decisions for membership in the Public Association a written statement.

7.7. Members of associations can be excluded from its structure in the presence of the following grounds: - Non-payment and / or late payment of contributions; - Committing acts discrediting the Public Association, a violation of ethics and morality; - Other cases of non-compliance with this Constitution and the contradictions of the member statutory goals of the Public Association.

7.7.1. Individual shall be considered as lost membership in the Public Associations in the event of a decision to expel him by the authority, which made decisions about his/her admission to membership in voluntary association.
